My Background
Hi, my name is Nichole and I am as normal as any other woman. I have all the same responsibilities, among which includes being a wife, mother and business owner. I have had many stages in my life when I have been challenged with overcoming my own insecurities in each of these areas...and more. Insecurities that required me to open myself up to experiences that I never thought I would have the strength or confidence to do. This blog is one of those things! After making it through, what I consider to be yet another time period of "growth" (AKA turmoil, challenge and warfare), God opened my eyes to "Empower You". Now please understand...I do not consider myself a writer, but God likes to plant thoughts and I believe it is our responsibility to carry out those plans in our best way possible. This is HARD for me, BUT I am on a path to becoming the best version of myself, and apparently the Lord thinks that putting my thoughts and prayers into written word is the way to do it! I want to EMPOWER other women to grow in themselves; to let that beautiful strength that God has put inside them OUT for the world to see!
My Why
SHE is my why! I heard once "your inability to confront insecurity means your daughters will have to fight that battle". I am CHOOSING to fight that battle now, so she doesn’t have to later! I want to pour the belief into women that it’s OKAY to work on ourselves! We can be the influence that changes the outcome of our families. We have the power to impact our homes and the lives of those around us! I believe that every women has the potential to live a fulfilling, purposeful life and that we all have the ability to do so WITHOUT insecurities holding us back. Most importantly, as mothers we have the power to steward a lifelong strength in the lives of our daughters that will have a generational impact for years to come.
God is flooding my mind with words about the issues so many women struggle with and I want to share these with you.

The Green Pearl Greenhouse - A place special to my heart, named after my great grandmother Pearl, has been an environment that I love pouring into, that also supports my community in many ways. I believe that there is beauty in all stages of growth and expressing this love in the form of a greenhouse is something I will always cherish.

Compliant Driven, LLC - I guess we all have a day job! Mine is a little bit in the opposite direction. Working with trucking companies from all over the state of Texas. I specialize in federal and state DOT compliance. Its a business that I love and is so rewarding knowing that I can ease the stress of other business owners, helping them succeed in their business goals.
